Anti-Micra Ballot Measure Filed
California trial attorneys filed signatures last week to submit a proposition on the November 2014 ballot that would more than quadruple MICRA’s cap on non-economic damages, drug test physicians and require use of the state’s prescription drug monitoring database. OPSC is part of a strong coalition braced to fight MICRA attacks. Click here (http://www.stophigherhealthcarecosts.com/) for further information or to see how you can help.
