Building on last year’s exploration of Well-being in Medicine, this year’s Annual Convention focuses on the intersection of Food, Metabolism, and Osteopathic Medicine. Because health begins with what we consume and how our bodies process it, the program moves beyond the traditional pillars of well-being—nutrition, movement, sleep, and breath—to spotlight emerging research and clinical advances in metabolic health.

Participants will explore how food and metabolism shape the holistic osteopathic approach, including links among nutrition, cellular energy, inflammation, and systemic health. With an emphasis on practical frameworks and evidence-based strategies, the convention supports care models that bring metabolic insight into patient-centered, whole-body medicine.
