Exhibits FAQ: 2017 OPSC Fall Conference

What is the deadline for submitting an application to exhibit?

Applications to exhibit will be accepted for review as long as space in the Hall is available.  However, applications received less than three weeks before the start of the program may not have their information included in event publications.


What are the peak times for booth traffic?

Peak times for attendee traffic in the Hall are typically during breaks and meal functions served in the Hall.  Please review the draft agenda (not yet available) for expected times.


Will I get a list of event participants?

A pre-registrant list will be provided 2-3 weeks in advance of the event, via email, to the main contact listed on your Application to Exhibit.  Approximately one month after the conclusion of the program, a final attendee list will be provided to that individual via email.


What information in included in the event participant report?

Both the pre-registrant list and the final participant list will include all physician names with work addresses and contact information as provided by the registrants.  OPSC cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.  Attendee emails will be provided for those who approve the sharing of that information.


Can we set up early?

Early set up times may be accommodated in some cases with advance request and is subject to approval by the venue.


Can we break down our exhibit early?

No. Early tear-down of exhibits is prohibited.


Are sales of products and services allowed in the Exhibit Hall?

No sales are allowed in the Exhibit Hall.  Nor may sales of any items or services be conducted in conjunction with this event without the express written approval of OPSC.

Exception: those companies who purchased Fall Conference exhibit space as part of the 2017 bundle package offered in conjunction with the 2017 OPSC Annual Convention may conduct sales within their assigned space in the Hall.


May we play videos and/or music in our exhibit space?

Video is allowed, though the volume must remain low enough so as to not impact the ability of neighboring spaces to interact with event participants.  Music is not permitted in the Hall during show hours.
