membership typesThe Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons of California (OPSC) are pleased to offer the following membership types for our association. Active Full - 3+ Yrs of Practice Active members must reside and hold a DO license in California. Active members shall have voting privileges and be eligible to hold office. Yearly Fee: $475.00 Active Two - 2nd Year of Practice Active members must reside and hold a DO license in California. Active members shall have voting privileges and be eligible to hold office. Yearly Fee: $350.00 Active One - 1st Year of Practice Active members must reside and hold a DO license in California. Active members shall have voting privileges and be eligible to hold office. Yearly Fee: $250.00 Retired Retired members shall have reduced their employment or practice status by at least 80%. They shall have all the privileges of membership except that of holding office. Yearly Fee: $100.00 Military Military members must be in active military service, not reserves, or a reserve member on active-duty status. They shall have all the privileges and responsibilities of Active membership except that of voting and holding office. Yearly Fee: $100.00 Sustaining The Board may grant sustaining membership to persons, other than osteopathic physicians, who are professionally associated with osteopathic medicine and thereby concerned with the function and purpose of OPSC. They shall have all privileges except voting and holding office. Yearly Fee: $100.00 Out of State Associate Associate members shall be licensed osteopathic physicians not practicing in California. They shall have all the privileges except that of voting and holding office. Yearly Fee: $75.00 Students Student members shall be enrolled in an accredited osteopathic medical school. They shall have all privileges except voting and holding office. Yearly Fee: $0.00 Interns/Residents/Fellows Members shall be in an AOA or ACGME approved intern, resident, or fellowship program. They shall have all the privileges of Active membership except that of holding office. Yearly Fee: $0.00
Non-Member TypesThe Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons of California (OPSC) are pleased to offer the following non-membership types for the use of our association website. Osteopathic Physician - Basic Free account for DOs who wish to attend OPSC events but not join the association. This account type does not include the benefits provided with a "professional" account, including discounts to OPSC sponsored events. Yearly Fee: $0.00 Allopathic Physician - Basic Free account for MDs who wish to attend OPSC events but not join the association. This account type does not include the benefits provided with a "professional" account, including discounts to OPSC sponsored events. Yearly Fee: $0.00 Allied Professional - Basic Non-physician medical professionals who wish to attend OPSC events. This account type does not include the benefits provided with a "professional" account, including discounts to OPSC sponsored events. Yearly Fee: $0.00
